My idea behind this team is for a group of people who volunteer to be admins. In my head here are the things we would do for an event host:
-rule enforcement/conflict resolution -basic medical treatment or escalation (congruent with current Good Samaritan Laws) -maintaining a list of problem players (preferably with a picture, name, known camouflage, and weapon of choice) -assisting with briefings -running chrono -enforcing timeline as set forth by event host
These are just a few of the things I've come up with. What would the others like to see the admins doing at games?

I'm going to boil down the "standard safety regulations" to a readable index card later today. I'll happily print as many as are wanted. Sure, a lot of them are common sense, but a valid point's been made on AP that common sense isn't common.
It's something we should have handy to provide the safety briefing, and certainly something that we should have handy on the field as "Okay, so here's where you've acted unsafe" reference for the inevitable "It's not in the rules!"
Game-specific rules will, of course, have to be briefed in accordance with the event host's wishes, and it won't necessarily be easy to summarize these to an index card or some other easily portable form.
